  On the 23rd of August Zelenograd Centre for Entrepreneurship Development was visited by delegation of China. The goal of the visit was sharing experience on issues relating to special economic zones. The first Russian-Chinese conference started with the opening speech of the first deputy prefect A.Mikhalchenkov and continued with the presentations of SEZ Zelenogradґs head and business representatives from China. After the conference the briefing for mass media was held.

• 01.08.2010 | Childrenґs international car run

  

  Childrenґs international car run through European countries was held from the 9th till the 22nd of July. It was devoted to the 65th anniversary of the Great Victory in the II World War.
  The car run was organized by Traffic Safety Youth Centre of Moscow. 15 pupils between 11 and 17 as well as Centre activists took part in the run.
  9 cars of the participants ran 7200 km. Their way was prepared to visit most countries that took part in contesting fascism. 18 cities of such countries as Russia, Belarus, Poland, Germany, France, Italy, Austria, Croatia, Slovenia and Czech Republic were visited during the car run.

• 01.07.2010 | MSABA - one of the first members of Bologna club

  

  MSABA became one of the first members of Bologna club. The organization consolidated major Russian higher education institutions which entered into the engagement of Russian higher education system reforming and creating the Common Education Space within Europe.
  Bologna declaration was carried on the 19th of June, 1999 by 29 European Education Ministers. Now Bologna process is a consolidation of 47 countries. Russia joined it in September, 2003.

• 04.05.2010 | MIET is the national research university

  

  As MIET rector Y. Chaplygin, corresponding member of RAS, informed at the press conference on the 29th of April Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation contest committee MIET was assigned the status of national research university. It demonstrates the recognition of the institutionґs achievements in education, research activities as well as innovations. The university will also receive significant long-term state financing backing, which is to amount 1.8 milliard RUB for 5 years.

  NASA decided in favour of mAVR audio-video recorder by Telesystemy company (Zelenograd). With extremely small weight, size and power consumption it provides high-quality recording. mAVR is a miniature box with a built-in microphone and SD card connector.
  mAVR-1 was applied in space as a component of scientific satellite Photon-M.

• 21.04.2010 | The exchange programme

  

  According to the agreement MIET managerial economics and justice faculty (institute) students who studied management Bachelorґs programme for 3 years or Masterґs programme for a year can continue their education in Calabria University. In Italy Russian students will engaged to the third (the last) course of Bachelorґs programme or the second one of Masterґs programme respectively (Company Economics course, economics faculty). In a year, after diploma defense the student receives two state diplomas - one of Calabria University and the other one of MIET.

  On the 1st of April Zelenograd Centre for Entrepreneurship Development was visited by the delegation of India. The head of the Centre M.Scherbakov told the visitors about Zelenograd, its scientific and technological potential and the Centreґs activity.
  In his turn the General Director of Zelenograd Business Incubator Zone A.Abgaryan described characteristics of business incubation in Russia as well as business lines of Zelenograd Business Incubator residents.

  Isidzima Kaori, master hand of Japanese calligraphy, taught a master class for 5-8th forms students of specialist language school 1353 who study Japanese as the second foreign language. The visiting lecture was organized by JAPANFOUNDATION department of All-Russia State Foreign Languages Library named after M.Rudomino.

• 15.02.2010 | Kazakhstan delegation in Zelenograd

  

  Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Russian Federation Zautbek Turisbekov visited Zelenograd as a member of Kazakhstan delegation. The visitants were welcomed by Zelenograd prefect A.Smirnov.
  The Republic of Kazakhstan and Moscow Government reached an agreement about mutual cooperation and networking in the fields of culture, education and patriotic upbringing as well as other spheres.
